Wow, where did September go?
September was an absolutely hectic busy month. A number of things have been going on at our office and they are all great.
First of all, we are feverishly working on releasing InfoBarrel Version 2.0. The site is being completely recoded, redesigned, and we are adding in a ton of new features that will (hopefully) make everybody super happy.
Also, we’ve really been trying to develop Environment911.org. If anybody wants to write an article and contribute to saving the environment, pop by e911.
Chances are by now, you’ve figured out I prefaced this post with how busy I am because I never accomplished as much as I wanted to with the InfoBarrel Transparency Project. While I did manage to publish a few articles, I didn’t publish nearly as many as I had planned.
IBTP Articles Published in September
Because I was so busy I didn’t manage to publish as many articles as planned. After everything was said and done, I published a total of 9 new articles on InfoBarrel. I have another seven or so articles ready to be published which I will publish this month along side my Ocotber articles.
IBTP Article Promotion
I really dropped the ball on promotion. I have a spreadsheet with all the spots I want to bookmark my articles. Unfortunately for me, I never had the time to do it this month. I will try and sit down for a solid couple hours this month and bookmark everything the way I had originally planned
IBTP Earnings
Another month, a few more dollars! By the end of the month I had 22 articles published and generated $17.29 in total revenue with Google Adsense. I’m pretty confident that if I was to leave these articles alone, they would average $1/article each.
