Friday, March 23rd, 2007

Your probably asking what the hell squidoo is? Squidoo is this cool site where you can make something called a lens.. basically its a mini web page where you can put up information on whatever you want and provide links to sites surrounding the topic. I was bored today so I tried it out and made my very first lens about ringtones, you can check it out By following this link! Its nothing too spectacular… but was worth the half an hour I put into it.

Another cool thing about Squidoo I never mentioned is that if people wind up going to your Squidoo Lens… you make money! Sweet Huh?

Since we are on a roll about ringtones, I thought I’d point out that Customaddict is now getting LOADED up with free ringtones, Intead of trying to show you a couple cool ones, I’m gunna drop a link to the whole list, so here is the list of all the Freebie Ringtones over at Customaddict…. Enjoy!

T-Mobile And Cingular Like The Teens!

Friday, March 9th, 2007

I was doing a little web surfing today like I do each and every day and came across some very interesting stats about the age of cell phone users that is kind of astounding considering the small percentage that young adults encompass in Northa America. Anyways, from what I read, Cingular and T-Mobile have the youngest age groups using their service with an average age of 19 and 19.5 respectively. I would have imagined the average age being closer to the mid 20’s range, but apparently there are a LOT Of kids with cell phones these days. Maybe it has something to do with the fact there are so many Cingular Ringtones and T-Mobile Ringtones or maybe simply is the way that Cingular and T-Mobile ran their marketting campaigns.

The cell phone industry seems to work a lot like the cigarette industry, if we can get these kids hooked on our brands at early age, hopefully we can keep them as customers for a lifetime.
