Hey guys,

I’ve been a cardio maniac lately, and I’ve started to lose weight again. The only problem is, I’ve also started losing a significant ammount of strength. My dumbell bench press has dropped from being able to throw up the 120s in each arm… to having problems with the 90s over the course of three months. I’m starting to get a bit stressed out and I’m thinking about adding another 50-100g of carbs a day to see if the extra glucose stores result in additional energy as it is quite apparent the creatine sure as hell isn’t!

I’m looking quite lean, but I’m sub 180 now, somewhere around 177-178

Anyways, here is how my chest workout went yesterday.. its feeble, and I lifted lighter on some stuff because my shoulder is still in the gutter.

So, I’ve been pondering what to get next in the world of tattoos. I already have the one tattoo on my ribs/obliques that is the meaning of my name in Kanji.

What does my name mean?

Anyways, I was originally thinking about getting a Japanese theme over my upper arm, delt chest, but I just couldn’t find anything that I liked. So I started thinking of things that I thought were cool, and believe it or not, I’ve been on a huge feather kick lately… I just love the intricate detail. So I started looking for pictures of very detailed angels and I came across this one image. I wound up photoshopping it and giving it a second wing, red eyes and a little more hair to customize it.

I then photoshopped it onto my arm to see what it will look like. Note, the wingspan is not visible in this picture and will wrap onto my chest and onto my upper back.

I think it looks deadly… I’m guessing it will cost me around $1000, but we will have to wait to see, I can wait for this angel to spread her wings on my shoulder.

And YES, that is my arm…. I’m not as much of a bone rack as you thought. Heh
